Duties & Responsibilities — All-Play Crew Member (Guest Experience Associate)
As an All-Play Crew Member at RAH’s Playland & Parlor, you’ll be cross-trained to support all parts of the guest experience. Your responsibilities include:
Attractions & Games
- Operate and monitor go-karts, mini-golf, batting cages, and arcade attractions.
- Perform basic safety checks before rides/games start and enforce rules for safe play.
- Assist guests with equipment (helmets, bats, tokens, clubs, etc.).
- Reset attractions and maintain flow so guests aren’t left waiting unnecessarily.
Café & Concessions
- Take food and drink orders accurately and process transactions at the register/POS system.
- Prepare and serve simple menu items (snacks, drinks, treats).
- Restock café supplies and keep the area clean, organized, and safe for guests.
- Follow basic food handling and sanitation guidelines (training provided).
Guest Services & Parties
- Greet all guests with warmth, answer questions, and provide directions or information.
- Host birthday parties and group events with energy, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Assist with set-up, serving, and clean-up of party areas.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment across attractions, café, and seating areas.
- Empty trash, wipe down tables, sweep as needed, and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor guest areas for safety hazards and respond quickly to concerns.
Teamwork & Flexibility
- Rotate between roles (attractions, café, parties) as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Step in to support teammates when the center is busy or staff coverage is needed.
